GEOD - BALI

Geod Bali is a compact hydrographic survey system all on the pole, including the necessary components for acquisition of bathymetric suvey data. Geod Bali processes and stores the water depth measurement and its accurate position in a single ruggedized enclosure.

Geod Bali uses a special 200kHz transducer with a temperature sensor integrated, which allows the calculation by Geod Bali of the appropriate sound velocity.

    GEOD PPU transmits the navigation data to the pilots laptop via a wireless LAN connection (WiFi). The pilot has full access to the navigation data all over the bridge.

    Using special piloting software, the ships position is overlaid onto official electronic charts to display position, speed vector, heading, rate of turn and motion prediction everything needed to support safe maneuvering in small areas.

  • Small Plankton Net 25 cm

    The upper cylindrical net is made of strong Beaver Nylon with a diameter of Ø25 cm and a length of 15 cm. The conical net bag is made of Monodur Nytal (Nylon) and it is 40 cm deep. The bag is available in all mesh sizes.

    The plankton sample can be gathered by dismounting a chromium plated, brass sample cylinder from the PVC ring located at the bottom of the net. Content 35 ml. The sample can be removed through a valve at the bottom of the sample cylinder.

     

    Plankton net 30 cm

    The upper part of the net is made of strong Beaver Nylon. Standard mounting with 3 pcs. of polyester line Ø3 mm. with bridle, length 60 cm.

    The conical net bag with an upper diameter of 30 cm and a length of 125 cm is made of Monodur Nytal (Nylon), mesh size 20 to 200 µ.

    The sample can be removed through a valve at the bottom of the sample cylinder.

    Plankton net 40 cm

    The upper part of the net is made of strong Beaver Nylon. Standard mounting with 3 pcs. of polyester line Ø5 mm. with bridle, length 60 cm.

    The conical net bag with an upper diameter of 40 cm and a length of 100 cm is made of Monodur Nytal (Nylon) 20 to 500 µ.

    The sample can be removed through a valve at the bottom of the sample cylinder.

    The conical net bag with an upper diameter of 50 cm and a length of 200 cm is made of Monodur Nytal (Nylon) 50 to 500 µ.

    The sample can be removed through a valve at the bottom of the sample cylinder.

    Plankton nets are available in all types and sizes.

    Ring trawl net 100 cm

    Net bucket, based on the Hensen design. The bucket is made of a 16 cm (diameter) Polypropylene tubing with a plastic draining valve, 4 openings (Total area of 160 cm), covered by 200 micron net material of AISI 316 stainless steel, 1 round supporting rack bucket and 3 loops for lead weights.

    WP2 net 57/70/75 cm

    The WP-2 plankton net can be equipped with a digital flow meter (Optional) for determing the amount of water passing through the plankton net.

    WP3 net 113 cm

    This net is similar to the WP-2 net but larger.

    The opening has a diameter of 113 cm (Approx. 1 m²) and the conical net bag has a length of 200 cm.

    Standard mesh size is 1000 µ. Other mesh sizes upon request. We recommend a minimum of 200 µ.

    Net bucket, (G) based on the Hensen design. The bucket is manufactured from a 160 mm (diameter) Polypropylene tubing with a plastic draining tap.

    The bucket has 6 openings with a total area of 315 cm². The windows are covered by a 1000 µ net which are protected by a larger net made of AISI 316 stainless steel, mesh size of 10 mm.

    The bucket is equipped with 1 round supporting rack and 3 loops for lead weights.

    All stainless steel has a finish of electro polish.

    Bongo Net 2 x Ø60 cm

    1. V-Fin Depressor made of cast brass, weight 18 kg. (Optional).

    2. Wire ø6 mm stainless steel with shackle. (Optional).

    3. Double net ring Ø60 cm diameter, made of AISI 316 stainless steel with 1 loop in the middle for wire and V-Fin depressor and 2 loops for an optional digital counter located in the middle of the opening.

    4. AISI 316 stainless steel clamping fíxture.

    5. Two conical nets, Ø60 cm upper diameter, Ø11 cm lower diameter, consisting of Monodur Nytal (PA6.6 nylon). Length of 250 cm. Other mesh sizes upon request.

    6. AISI 316 stainless steel clamping fìxture.

    7. AISI 316 stainless steel bar with 2 rings clamping fixture for fastening the plastic net buckets.

    8. Two plastic net buckets with 4 side windows (total area of 160 cm²), covered by stainless steel sieve. The buckets are held on with a clamping fixture. 

    The net parts are available in all other meshes.

    Ruttner Water Sampler

    The KC Water sampler is based on the Ruttner design. The KC Water sampler is suitable for taking samples in lakes, water borings, wells, etc.

    Thermometer:
    Internal thermometer (non-Mercury) for registration of the in situ temperature. Temperature range between -10 and +60 °C. For and 1,7 L Ruttner the thermometer is scaled 0 - 50 °C

    Van Dorn water sampler

    The horizontal Van Dorn water sampler is intended for taking water samples near the bottom in lakes, streams, or in stratified water bodies. The water sampler is based on the Van Dorn design.

    The sampler is made of a sturdy transparent acrylic tube and has a double releaser, activated by a drop messenger. The release system is manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel.

    Small Stainless steel water sampler

    Small Stainless steel water sampler:
    The water sampler is made of AISI 316 stainless steel with an outer diameter of 54 mm. Finish: Electro polish.

    On top of the water sampler a rubber bung with 10 metres of Ø5 mm rope is mounted.

    The water sampler shown from the top, before deployment ensure the rubber bung is pressed down in the top part of the sampler, once the wished depth have been reached, you yank the line, and the rubber bung will open up, and your water sample will be taken. Recommended for a max. depth of 20 m.

     

    Integrated Water sampler

    Collecting vertical water samples of 2 meters height.

    General:
    Integrated water sampler, tube Ø40 mm x 100 cm, (polycarbonate), sample volume 2 litre.

    Inclusive 10 metres of Ø5 mm polyester line, marked with figures each meter

    The tubes are connected with a POM coupling device equipped with O-rings inside. The closing bung is made of AISI 316 stainless steel. The coupling device can also be secured by use of 2 extra O-rings

    Niskin Water Sampler 1.7 to 12 litre

    The water sampler is fully made of PVC and its interior is totally free from metal parts. Top- and bottom plates are held together with a sea water resistant rubber string, and a drop messenger releases the closing mechanism.

    The KC water sampler can be used singly (by use of 1 pc 60.002 Centre hanger for single ocean water sampler) or in series and closes correspondingly.

    Water samplers for Wells and Pools

    General:
    The telescopic reinforced fibre glass shaft can be provided with other types of measuring or sampling units, the unite comes with acrylic beaker.

    Application:
    The water sampler is made for usage in small lakes as well as pools, With its extension shaft it makes it an ideal instrument to use to be able to collect water samples, in places where the space is limited.

    sampler for 12 bottles 50 ml

    This is a new model multi water sampler with 12 pcs 50 ml syringes. The model can operate on 6000 meter depth.
    Operating voltage is between 12 and 24 Volt DC. Every time the motor gets a pulse it will release one syringe. As option a time lapsed trigger can be attched. The motor is pressure compensated for 6000 m depth.
    The multi water sampler can be used on landers for taking samples from seabed or incubator chambers or placed on a ROV for taking samples over oil pipelines.
